Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for setting and decomposing goals for the import/export supply chain department
2. Responsible for business development and customer maintenance
3. Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations
4. Responsible for the daily management of the team, formulating and improving relevant systems and processes, establishing an effective performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism
5. Regularly analyze data, continuously optimize and improve based on problems, and timely recover funds and control risks
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, more than three years of experience in international logistics and related industry sales, and 2-3 years of management experience
2. Familiar with the business processes and market conditions of international logistics, with strong market insight and analysis capabilities, good public relations skills, organizational coordination ability, logical thinking ability, able to withstand hardship, withstand work pressure, and dare to challenge
3. Possess strong team management capabilities, leadership, and resource integration capabilities
